About Us

Fitness Origins is a results-focused strength and conditioning program constructed around each individual client.  We are intentional, purposeful, and entirely personal—and that is where we are different than all the other programs out there.  Today, an estimated 85% of the American population suffers from malignant injuries, obesity, chronic arthritis or disease, and/or is considered “deconditioned” and therefore unable to meet the physical demands of everyday activity.  At Fitness Origins, we are dedicated to stopping this plaque of modern society.  We strive to provide the very best training and personal support to our clients to help them meet all of their fitness goals and to get you back to a true level of health and wellness.  In this way, Fitness Origins is simply for everyone no matter their background or current fitness level.   Furthermore, we believe that each person is only as strong as their experiences and as weak as their fears.  Therefore, it is our commitment as coaches and trainers to increase those margins of experience through consistent growth and developmental training, while at the same time, eliminating those fears by pushing your perceived athletic thresholds and increasing your self-confidence.  Our charge is to continually provide our clients with the knowledge, tools, and motivation to realize their fitness potential.  If you are willing to challenge yourself, push yourself to new levels and new heights, and commit to your own progression, then you will find remarkable success with our program.
