Origins Boot Camp
Origins Boot Camp is a high intensity, low duration interval based training program. Comprised of the traning principles from CrossFit lnc. this program aims to get the biggest yield of fat burn in the shortest time. Each session will last between 35 to 50 minutes and is completely scalable based on fitness level and personal goals. Origins Boot Camp is a full body cardio and strength building workout. The emphasis is on complete and total fitness—both aerobic and anerobic pathways will be challenged and actively developed.
